I built things in secret — terrified they’d fail.

If you’ve quietly decided you’ve been written off, I need you to read this. I’m not writing it to impress you. I’m writing it because I’ve been exactly where you are.

After the rain

For years I applied for jobs and heard no. Over 1,200 times. Three businesses I started failed. Somewhere in there I quietly decided the thing I was most afraid of was probably true — that I’d been written off, that I wasn’t going to amount to much.

So I built things and hid them. I’d make something, then bury it in a folder where no one could watch it fail. I once missed my daughter’s school book-share because I couldn’t afford the Uber fare. That’s the part nobody puts on a website. I’m putting it here because you need to know I mean it when I say I’ve been where you are.

Here’s what I believe now, plainly: a woman can have the business, the family, the wealth, and a relationship with God — all of it, at once. Not the business instead of the family. Not the wealth instead of the faith. All of it. The right tools are how.

AI is that tool. It removed the barrier between what I already knew and what I could actually build. Three failed businesses became something that finally worked — not because I became a different person, but because I stopped hiding and started using what was already in my hands: God, a laptop, and WiFi.

Today I run Rozada, an AI company building real systems for real organisations — including an intergovernmental client representing 25 member states. I tell you that not to impress you, but because it’s the proof behind everything I teach. I’m not selling you a theory. I’m handing you what I use.
